Dion Rudzki

Dion is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience in the public mental health system and private practice working with children, adolescents and their families to manage various anxiety, mood, behavioural and relational difficulties.

 

He offers a range of interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal therapies, Mindfulness techniques, as well as supportive and dynamic psychotherapy, with the emphasis on patient-centred and developmentally-sensitive care.
